Divine IT Limited has officially kicked off the project to automate the entire customer service and complaint management operations of Midland Bank Ltd. on November 12, 2023. The highlight of the project is the implementation of PrismSTS, a comprehensive support ticketing system solution to automate and make the operations of customer service and complaint management more efficient. The mission of this project is to bring about an efficacious optimization in the customer services division and redefine the level of customer satisfaction imbued by Midland Bank Ltd. to all it’s customers and non-customers.

This very automation shall be done with the utmost utilization of PrismSTS, a web-based, robust and intuitive support ticketing system designed to streamline the customer service workflow of any organization from recording any and all issues received from the customers through the form of tickets, to assigning issues to the right team members with proper definition of escalation matrix, to notifying the customers of the resolved tickets through email notifications.
