Akboria, the oldest and most prominent corporate group in northern Bangladesh, has signed a contract with Divine IT Limited to implement PrismERP and improve their business operations.
With its illustrious history dating back to 1911 in Bogra, Akboria has been a pioneer of Bangladesh's sweet industry. Specializing in traditional sweet items, Akboria has established itself as a household name synonymous with quality and taste. Over the decades, they've expanded their reach through a network of restaurants, hotels, and distributors, cementing their position as the largest sweet production company in the region.
To effectively manage this large business landscape, Akboria has decided to put their trust in PrismERP, a leading local ERP software solution. The signing ceremony was held on Sunday, March 24, 2024, in Bogura with representatives from both parties present.
Under the agreement, Divine IT Limited will implement PrismERP across 6 of Akboria's entities, including Akboria Grand Hotel, Akboria Doi Misti, Akboria Bread and Biscuit, AKboria Auto Cookies, Akboria Press & Printing, and Akboria Lassa Semai. Additionally, PrismERP's HR system will be implemented for Akboria's 2500 employees to facilitate human resource operations.

Following the implementation, Divine IT Limited will provide extensive hypercare support for three months after the go-live date and will continue to offer customer support and maintenance services even after this period.
