NBR- Divine IT Limited recognition

National Board of Revenue has selected Divine IT Limited as one of the 11 software firms for providing customized software to businesses across Bangladesh for the payment of value added tax (VAT).

Use of a customized software became mandatory from January 1^st, 2019 for which the software specifications were set by the VAT authorities.

Large businesses and service providers having an annual turnover of Tk 5 crore and more will be deemed as eligible to maintain records of sales and other transactions. To maintain such an order and record, these business organizations has to use the NBR- prescribed software.

Based on NBR order, businesses have to preserve books of accounts and VAT- related documents using the software. 

Traders can procure customised software from Divine IT Limited, which will be available in the market very soon.
